This apartment is situated on the first (top) floor of a recently built 1-storey apartment block on the
small, mature development of Marina de Casares, minutes from the former fishing
village of Sabinillas with plentiful bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets,
30 minutes from Gibraltar (scheduled flights from Gatwick with Monarch), 11km
from Estepona and roughly an hour’s drive from Malaga Airport on A7/E15 motorway. The apartment has 2 twin bedded rooms and one bathroom with both bath (shower above bath) and a separate shower cubicle, lounge with balcony and a separate fully-fitted kitchen with fridge freezer and washing machine. The area of Marina de Casares is quiet and the complex is small and secure and suitable for those looking for a quiet setting with a more Spanish feel. | The lounge overlooks a quiet tree-lined street and is equipped with terrestrial television. There is no air-conditioning but the ceiling fans provide additional cool air in summer. Heating is also provided by oil-filled radiators. |

The kitchen is well equipped with built-in cooker (4 gas rings + electric oven and grill) and separate
microwave with grill. There is a restaurant with bar on site and at least one of the local Chinese restaurants offers home delivery (for those without mobile phone there are 2 public telephones on site). |

The delightful swimming pool
and gardens are restricted to the use of residents and their guests only and
a sunny roof terrace, complete with built-in barbecue offers additional space
for relaxation and outdoor living. There is also a kitchen and toilet at roof
level for the use of residents. Residents of Marina de Casares are entitled to use the other pools on site (4 in total). |

Other sports facilities include tennis courts
(one clay) and a multi-purpose pitch with basketball rings.
The apartment block is only 5 minutes’ walk from the beach which has a couple
of Chiringuitos (seasonal beach bars) but a pleasant walk along the beach will
bring you to the promenade of Sabinillas with several cafés and bar/restaurants.
Rental costs vary from £200 - £300 per week according to season, and electricity and calor gas are included.
